Ward Facilities
We offer special private rooms decorated with facilities to ensure comfort and convenience for your stay. Physicians and nursing staff are on duty 24 hours a day to provide continuous care.

Patient Ward
All rooms at RAH include the following exclusive features:

  • Electrically Adjustable Bed
    - Hospital beds are adjustable; it can be adjusted by remote control and have adjustable bedside rails.
  • Individual Cable Television with TV Remote Control
    - Including English, Khmer, Thai, French and other foreign language programs.
  • Personal nurse call system (call light / intercom)
    - The patient can press the overhead bed button (Intercom) and a nurse will come to their attendance immediately. There is an additional nurse's call button in the bathroom should the patient need the assistance of the nurse..
  • Refrigerator
  • Guest sofa-bed
  • Personal Telephone for local and international calls
  • Individually controlled room air conditioning
    - Your self-controlled thermostat is located on the side wall as you enter your room. The recommended setting is 25 degrees centigrade
  • WiFi Connection
    - Internet service is available in the ward lounge or should the patient has a computer notebook, it can be connected to wireless internet in the room itself.
  • Personal Safe

Room Charge
Kindly be advised that room occupancy of more than 6 hours from the time of admission, up to 24 hours, is charged as one day of hospitalization.

Change of Room
If the patient requests a change of their room during their hospital stay, the hospital will charge the rate of the room which was occupied for the longer time within the 24-hour period.

Room Amenities include the following:

Cupboard - Tableware set

Cabinet/Closet - Extra pillow and blanket

Bathroom - Hot and Cold Shower, Complimentary premium bathroom amenities and shower gift set

Refrigerator - Drinking water (3 bottles) and other additional beverages

Electric Thermos - provided in each patient's room should the patient want to drink hot/warm water.

Meals - meals are served daily. Patient can choose from Khmer, Thai, Chinese, Japanese and Western menu.

Microwave oven is available at the nurse's counter should the patient want to re-heat the food.

***Please note that extra orders are not included in the room price and will be automatically added to the bill.
**For certain illness, a special diet is provided in accordance to the doctor's instructions.
* If you require a special diet (i.e. diabetic or vegetarian) please inform the staff nurse and they will arrange for you.

Remarks:
- For personal calls Press 0 to connect to our operator should the patient need to make local or international calls.

Other In Patient Services

  • Blood Pressure and Temperature Checks - Your assigned nurse will check you BP and temperature. Our medical staffs need to monitor your condition 24 hours a day.

  • Housekeeping - Our housekeeper will visit the patient room daily. To clean the room and supply fresh linens and towels.

"No Smoking" - The hospital has a No Smoking Policy and we would ask that you abide by this. Smoking is considered as a serious health hazard and also a source of annoyance to patients as well as a potential fire risk.
